Our kitchen is managed directly by the family and is typical of the Maremma and Tuscany. We pay particular attention to the quality and provenance of the products: from salami to cheese, from pasta to meat. We respect the seasonality, we serve extra virgin olive oil of our production and for the vegetables we mainly use our garden and farms in the area. When the kitchen is not in service, for a quick meal we serve sandwiches, salads and cold dishes.
